CRM Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear information about our company website and the services we provide.
CRM policy source: 9 September 2026. Company-site presentation: 26 September 2026.
The following terms are reproduced from our CRM product site and apply to CRM subscriptions, not marketplace orders. For the current published product policy, visit the CRM website.
1. Cancellation
A recurring subscription may be cancelled using available account controls or by contacting IPcom Limited at admin@ipcom.ie.
Unless different terms are expressly shown at checkout, cancellation will normally prevent the next renewal while allowing access until the end of the period already paid for.
2. Immediate suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated immediately where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful use, serious breach of the Terms of Service or a legal requirement.
3. Refunds
Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where an incorrect charge has occurred, or where IPcom Limited expressly agrees otherwise.
An approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Data after cancellation
Following cancellation or termination, customer data will be handled according to the applicable retention, export and deletion procedures.
